Why so many stories......
THE TIMELINE
What happened to Julie
I have been on a journey since January 2021 trying to piece together land titles for cattle properties, and coastal real estate, brands, bank loans and then finally questions about my Mum, due to discovering many red flags.
I will save the finer details for a book, as it's too much for a website.

My aim is for The Guarantor podcast by Graeme Crowley and website, is for an inquest to commence so we can find out when and how my Mother, Julie Hatton died.

On arrival Kildare witness noted no vehicles, trucks or cars were sighted at Darreen nor did he pass anyone on the side of the road during his 10 min drive down to Darreen from Kildare

Old Rawbelle witness claims husband drove up fast behind him to wave him down and they returned to Darreen house in husband's ute, leaving horse float, land rover and dairy cow on the side of the road.

Natalie's Timeline
2021 was the year I took deep dive into asking questions about my Mother's death, and this is my timeline from my own research.

As I had discovered a web of untruths about the land titles, brands & bank loans, experienced physical assault, gaslit, used and abused and controlled, I knew there was no point asking the person I trusted, as I was told my mother was sunbaking near the tennis court when she took her own life.

It was time for me to question everyone that was involved.
THE JOURNEY for the Truth
January 2021
A phone call between Paul and I occurred, as he was trying to push me out of my 20% share of Delubra. I reminded him that Delubra was to come to me because of the joint tenancy when we purchased the property in December 1997. I was accused of being off with the fairies.

I contacted land titles in Bundaberg to gather the titles for Delubra to have evidence of the joint tenancy.

March 2021
Attended the brands department to find out more about the HAT brand, to see if what I was told (when I was in my early 20's) lined up with what was going on, just before I got flogged with poly pipe in May 2000.

April 2021
Wrote to Commonwealth Bank of Australia and National Australia bank asking for all documents I had signed, as I didn't have a copy of any of these documents, nor was I given any advice about the documents I had signed. All I recalled was all bank statements or any papers including those that were to be sent to me privately, were all sent to 'Darreen' and never to my own primary residence during the 16 years I was signing for the banks, for the benefit of family members.

May 2021
Caught up with Julie G in Maryborough to ask questions about the bank loans, spoke of my abusive marriage and started sharing about Paul's abusive nature towards me and wondered if Mum experienced the same physical abuse during her marriage like I did.
June 2021
Paul tried to blackmail / scare me into accepting $2M dollars for my share of Delubra during a phone in June and if I didn't accept his offer he would sell the house on me.
July 2021
Spoke to an Aunty of mine, who I shared with about how Paul is trying to bully me and told her about how I ended up in hospital during my marriage, (August 2019) she didn't know, I was physically assaulted by my ex husband, as I was telling her that no family members called me to see if I was okay after being knocked into the step in the office.

She cautioned to me 'be really careful of ruffling your father's feathers' after we chatted about Mum.

During this phone call I learned that her and husband arrived just after it happened and had they not gone back to get the baby's bottle they would have been there in time to distract Mum from taking her own life.

October 2021

November 2021
Requested for a DNA test, after finding out Ted Hatton could possibly be my father.

December 2021
2 friends of Mum's visited me and told me what they knew and how Mum took her own life down the paddock with her horse and dog and I was left at the house with my grandmother Peggy Hatton.

This visit was the one that set me off down the many rabbit holes to try and find out where everyone was on Sunday 1 October 1978.
